2. Hosting and delivery

This website is delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, technical data such as your IP address, access time, requested content, browser and security-related connection information may be processed to deliver the site securely and reliably. Where applicable, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure website operation). See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Any processing outside the EEA must comply with applicable international transfer requirements.

3. Email contact

If you contact us by email, we process the details you provide (such as your name, email address and message) to handle your inquiry. Depending on its nature, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete this information when it is no longer required, subject to statutory retention obligations. We use Hostinger Email to host the business mailbox sofyane.bousalhih@zekkarsystems.com. The provider may process technical connection and message data to transmit, store and deliver emails. Further information: Hostinger Privacy Policy. Any processing outside the EEA depends on the service actually purchased and the applicable contractual and data protection documentation.

4. Contact form

The form only prepares a message in your email application using a mailto link. It does not itself send your entries to a Zekkar Systems website server. You decide whether to send the message from your email application.

5. Cookies, fonts and analytics

The supplied site code uses system fonts, does not load external Google Fonts and includes no first-party analytics or marketing scripts or non-essential cookies. Any account-level Cloudflare services must be considered separately.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you have rights to access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18), portability (Article 20), objection (Article 21), and withdrawal of consent for the future. You may complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority.
